  • Monitoring Process/ Mechanisms

BLAST has an established monitoring framework for all its legal services – advice, referral, mediation and litigation as well as awareness and training sessions, managed by its dedicated Monitoring Cell. The Monitoring Cell will monitor the quantity and quality of online services by seeking client feedbacks over direct phone calls, and also by engaging with service providers – our paralegals, lawyers (both staff and panel or pro bono lawyers) and partners. We will endeavor to record and document all services in BLAST’s online Case Monitoring System (CMS). Our MIS manager will analysis the data and produce weekly reports for the legal team – including both head office and district office staff – for necessary corrective measures and any strategic decisions required.
